You create a project with a role title, description, skills and target countries. MiniSourcer searches for matching profiles and uses an AI model to score each candidate against your project brief, returning a shortlist ranked by fit score with a short reason per candidate.

Each candidate is compared to your project brief — including any hidden requirements and your custom prompt — and given a fit score from 0 to 100, with a short reason. You see the strongest matches first, and only pay for the candidates you decide to keep.

It is pay-per-candidate, not per-seat. You start free with 20 credits and no card. Paid plans run from $19.99/month for 180 credits up to $179/month for 2100 credits, which works out from about $0.085 per sourced candidate as the plan grows. One credit equals one sourced candidate.

One credit equals one candidate you add to a project. Credits can be topped up from any plan, never expire while your plan is active, and you are never charged beyond the credits you hold.

No. MiniSourcer is billed per candidate found, so adding a teammate does not add a seat licence. You invite teammates with owner, recruiter or viewer roles.

Yes. After you edit a project you can re-score its existing candidates against the new brief at 0.2 credits per candidate.

No. MiniSourcer drafts the shortlist and helps you copy a ready message, but you send every message yourself — never a bot.

Yes. Install the MiniSourcer extension for Chrome and add any LinkedIn profile to a project, or save it for later, without leaving the tab. The person arrives enriched and scored, on the same account and credits as everything else.

Yes. Save email templates with variables such as name, role and vacancy link, then copy a ready message from a candidate's card. From the same card you can open a calendar event for the interview with a duration you pick.

You can request candidate erasure in the product, and the request is honoured per candidate. MiniSourcer keeps only what the product needs to run, uses no advertising cookies, and offers team roles so access is scoped to the people who need it.

Yes. Your first month is free with 20 credits and no credit card required. That is enough to run real sourcing and see the scoring quality before you pay.

You set the countries to include or exclude per project, using country names or codes. This lets you focus a search on a region or remove regions you cannot hire from.

Yes. You can set a scoring prompt per project, or override it for your whole account. Clearing the custom prompt restores the platform default.
